Knit-ted aims to deliver orders no later than 2 working days after payment has been received within the Netherlands. However, we cannot guarantee this. To provide you with the best possible service, you can choose where you would like the order to be sent.
Deliveries will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless the customer has asked for their order to be delivered later than this. If we think we will be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this promptly and will be entitled to cancel the order free of charge. However, this does not give the customer any right to compensation.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered, or only part of it can be delivered, you will be notified of this within 7 working days of placing your order. If this happens, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund from Knit-ted.
Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only if the customer has met the terms of the agreement with Knit-ted.

If an item does not meet with your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
There will be a return form in the box with your delivery.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return. Your order will be fully refunded as quickly as possible – no later than 30 days after Knit-ted has confirmed receipt.
Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Knit-ted. We recommend that you use Post NL.
