So that we can provide you with a professional and personal service, we need a few details from you, such as your name and address.

This means providing us with the necessary details when you place an order, so that we can process it promptly. When you register on our site by clicking "log in", you can also tell us whether you want to sign up for our newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter, please tick the box. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do this at any time by clicking the link in the newsletter.

 Your login name is your e-mail address, and you choose your own password. Once you've registered, the next time you visit Knit-ted, just log in using your e-mail address and password.

 Knit-ted respects the privacy of our online site users, and we can assure you that the personal information you give us will be kept strictly confidential.

 After you have entered (or checked) the necessary details, you will be taken through the payment process step by step.



Transactions made through the Knit-ted webshop are processed securely by the Docdata payment system. All the information exchanged for payment purposes is coded via the SSL protocol. These details cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. And they are not kept in our computer systems.

 We want to make your shopping experience secure and enjoyable. That's why we only use the most up-to-date and reliable payment systems. We offer you a variety of ways to pay for your order.

You can transfer funds from your own bank via IDeal, pay via PAYPAL, or use your credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard). When you have chosen your payment method, you will be asked to fill in your specific payment details. As soon as you've done this and confirmed the transaction, your payment will be processed automatically. After you've placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.



All prices on the Knit-ted website are in euros and include 21%VAT.

All prices are subject to change. Price changes do not apply to orders already in process. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.


Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Knit-ted has the right if it so desires to suspend the execution of the customer's order or dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention. Knit-ted will notify you of this in writing and, in the event of force majeure, is not required to grant any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness under the given circumstances. Force majeure is understood to mean every shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Knit-ted, because no blame for the shortcoming is attributable to it, pursuant to the law.



Naturally, we hope you will be happy with our products and the speed/ efficiency of our service. The most important thing is that you enjoy shopping and feel good in what you're wearing. But if you do have a complaint, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. You can send us an e-mail via the contact form. Please describe the complaint in detail. We will  promise to get back to you within 14 days.
