Knit-ted aims to deliver orders no later than 2 working days after payment has been received within the Netherlands. However, we cannot guarantee this. To provide you with the best possible service, you can choose where you would like the order to be sent.
Deliveries will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless the customer has asked for their order to be delivered later than this. If we think we will be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this promptly and will be entitled to cancel the order free of charge. However, this does not give the customer any right to compensation.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered, or only part of it can be delivered, you will be notified of this within 7 working days of placing your order. If this happens, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund from Knit-ted.
Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only if the customer has met the terms of the agreement with Knit-ted.
If an item does not meet with your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
You can tell us you want to return an item via our contact form. Please give the following details about the item you wish to return on the contact form:
1. The invoice number
2. The name of the item
3. The colour name of the item
4. The size of the item
To help us satisfy our customers' wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return.
If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please fill in the letter you received with your order and include it in the package you are returning.
Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return. Your order will be fully refunded as quickly as possible – no later than 10 days after Knit-ted has confirmed receipt.
Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Knit-ted. We recommend that you use TNT Post.
We will not accept:
• Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging
• Items that have been worn/used
