On the homepage menu below Shop Online, choose Women or Men and you will be taken to the shop.

 

To view the items in our range in detail, click on the picture of the product you want to look at: this will show you the full image and the related product information. You can zoom in on any image. Just move your mouse over the image to enlarge it.

 

The products on offer are represented clearly and faithfully, and as completely as is reasonably possible.

As well as a photo, we give you important information about the product, like styling details, quality, and washing instructions. If you want to order a product, you need to choose the size and colour first from the drop-down menu.

 

To work out your size, you can use the information provided in the size chart. It shows you the exact proportions of the item in cm.

You can see the range of available colours in the drop-down menu. When you click on a colour, a photo of the item in that colour appears. The front, back and side views of each item are shown in one colour only. The price of the product in euros is displayed below on the right.

 

When you click on the “ADD TO BAG” button, the product will be placed in your shopping bag, which is shown on the top right-hand side of the page.

If you want to see what's in your bag, or want to proceed to the checkout, just click on the shopping bag. At this point you can choose the product quantities. Here you can also add or remove products from your shopping bag. To remove a product from your shopping bag, click the “DELETE” button to the right of the product. The total price will then be automatically recalculated. If you want to carry on shopping, you can go back to the Online Shop by clicking the button on the left of your screen.

 

If you click “CHECK OUT”, you will be taken through the payment process step by step.

 

 

Register

So that we can provide you with a professional and personal service, we need a few details from you, such as your name and address.

This means providing us with the necessary details when you place an order, so that we can process it promptly. When you register on our site by clicking "REGISTER", you can also tell us whether you want to sign up for our electronic newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter, please tick the box. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do this at any time by clicking the link in the newsletter.

 

Your login name is your e-mail address, and you choose your own password. Once you've registered, the next time you visit Knit-ted, just log in using your e-mail address and password.

 

Knit-ted respects the privacy of our online site users, and we can assure you that the personal information you give us will be kept strictly confidential.

 

After you have entered (or checked) the necessary details, you will be taken through the payment process step by step.

 

 

Payment

Transactions made through the Knit-ted webshop are processed securely by the Docdata payment system. All the information exchanged for payment purposes is coded via the SSL protocol. These details cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. And they are not kept in our computer systems.

 

We want to make your shopping experience secure and enjoyable. That's why we only use the most up-to-date and reliable payment systems. We offer you a variety of ways to pay for your order.

You can transfer funds from your own bank via IDeal, pay via PAYPAL, or use your credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard). When you have chosen your payment method, you will be asked to fill in your specific payment details. As soon as you've done this and confirmed the transaction, your payment will be processed automatically. After you've placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

Prices

All prices on the Knit-ted website are in euros and include VAT.

 

All prices are subject to change. Price changes do not apply to orders already in process. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.

Deliveries

Knit-ted aims to deliver orders no later than 2 working days after payment has been received within the Netherlands. However, we cannot guarantee this. To provide you with the best possible service, you can choose where you would like the order to be sent. 

Deliveries will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless the customer has asked for their order to be delivered later than this. If we think we will be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this promptly and will be entitled to cancel the order free of charge. However, this does not give the customer any right to compensation.

 

If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered, or only part of it can be delivered, you will be notified of this within 7 working days of placing your order. If this happens, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund from Knit-ted.

 

Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only if the customer has met the terms of the agreement with Knit-ted.

 

Returns/Exchanges

If an item does not meet with your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.

 

You can tell us you want to return an item via our contact form: choose "RETURNS" from the list of subjects. Please give the following details about the item you wish to return on the e-mail contact form:

1. The invoice number on the packing list

2. The item number and/or name

3. The colour name of the item

To help us satisfy our customers' wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return.

 

If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please fill in the letter you received with your order and include it in the package you are returning.

 

Please mark the invoice number clearly on the outside of the package so that we can process your return quickly.

 

Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return. Your order will be fully refunded as quickly as possible – no later than 30 days after Knit-ted has confirmed receipt.

 

Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Knit-ted. We recommend that you use TNT Post. If you use the parcel stamp, it is easy to trace the delivery via www.tracktrace.nl

 

We will not accept:

 

• Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging

• Items that have been worn/used

 

Sale items purchased at a discount of 50% or more may NOT be exchanged.

 

 

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Knit-ted has the right if it so desires to suspend the execution of the customer's order or dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention. Knit-ted will notify you of this in writing and, in the event of force majeure, is not required to grant any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness under the given circumstances. Force majeure is understood to mean every shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Knit-ted, because no blame for the shortcoming is attributable to it, pursuant to the law.

 

 

Complaints

Naturally, we hope you will be happy with our products and the speed and efficiency of our service. The most important thing is that you enjoy shopping and feel good in what you're wearing. But if you do have a complaint, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. You can send us an e-mail via the contact form. Please describe the complaint in detail. We will endeavour to get back to you within 14 days.
